If you watched the complete video clip you’ll have heard a play through with a harmonic metronome – this is a metronome that clicks on beats 2 and 4 and you can use this groove as a good test of time.

When you log in there’s a check box on the log in page that says something like: KEEP ME LOGGED IN.
If you log in and check that check box then you wont have to log in again for 28 days provided you don’t log out.
