Isolated Slap Bass Guitar – Louis Johnson – Strawberry Letter 23

April 15, 2012 by Paul Wolfe

Here’s an isolated bass guitar track I found on the old Interwebz that’s pretty interesting – it’s Louis Johnson’s bass line from a Brothers Johnson tune called Strawberry Letter 23.

You get to hear the isolated bass line

Isolated bass line fr/ The Master himself, L Johnson. Damn!!!!
Even on the remixed CD it’s still hard to hear some of the subtleties he’s playing. I’ve got the chorus, but I always had problems with the verse.Thanks!. Damn!!!!
This is perfect! (I dont supposed you could do the same for Stomp?)

      Hey there

      If i could – I would!

however the originial video is on a channel by another guy, and I recommend searching for his website and seeking out the isolated bass tracks that he has.
